Nadya Suleman became famous in 2009 when she gave birth to octuplets, thus becoming the first woman in the United States to experience such an event. A few weeks after the delivery, she set a world record: all the newborns survived.
Suleman, a mother of 14 children in total, including the octuplets, used a sperm donor whose identity remains unknown to this day. In a 2018 interview with the New York Times, she stated that the children did not know him yet.

She explained that it is possible the children might meet their biological father when they turn 18, but she is not sure. It is also uncertain whether the father wants to meet his children. This matter remains unresolved.

Today, Nadya lives with her children in a three-bedroom house in Orange County, California, along with their two cats, Penelope and Mimi.

Despite all the difficulties she has faced, Suleman continues to live her life, take care of her children, and fight for a better future for her family.

In 2021, Nadya announced that she was working on a book in which she wishes to share her experiences as a mother and her life with eight children. The publication date has not yet been revealed, but this project allows her to tell her story and her perspective.
